Plenty of space for a wide range of test methods. The model can be equipped with 3 different magnifying lenses and the related indenters for Brinell, Vickers or Rockwell. The 6-fold tool changer is available for all models.

Edge recognition

The function of the Qness software module Edge recognition is the automatic adaption of test row start points to the sample edge when using project and sample templates. The module increases the machines automation and is the perfect add-on feature to the standardized AutoSnap function.

Slewable downholder

Slewable downholder

No long tool changeovers for inaccessible test positions. The downholder can be swivelled in and out manually (and via motor is required). Furthermore, the bracing elements can be changed easily and can be adapted to suit the customer's component.
